For care-experienced young people coming up towards 18 years of age, there may be some big decisions and changes coming up that can seem like a lot.
However, all agencies in Harrow are responsible to support you as your corporate parents. This means that it is the collective responsibility of the council, elected members and all agency partners to provide the best possible care to you – this means we care about you, not just for you.
As you move into adulthood, we want to provide the best support possible for you through the Care Leavers Local Offer – London Borough of Harrow

- Financial help
- Help with accommodation
- Help to access education, training & employment support
- Support that is available around your health and well-being
- Support so you can access leisure and fitness facilities
- Your rights as a Care Leaver and how to get advocacy support
- Support so that you have all your key documents sorted (eg. birth certificate, passport)
- How you can get participate and have your voice heard about support for Care Leavers, alongside volunteering opportunities with Young Harrow Foundation.
